  1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year. ग्राहक साल के किसी भी दिन इस योजना में शामिल हो सकते हैं।
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes. मौजूदा सदस्य एकाधिक योजनाओं में नामांकन कर सकते हैं।
  3. 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership. सदस्यता के लिए केवाईसी (अपने ग्राहक को जानें) सत्यापन अनिवार्य है।
  4. 4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month. मासिक किश्तों का भुगतान प्रत्येक माह की 10 तारीख को या उससे पहले किया जाना चाहिए।
  5. 5. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options. भुगतान नकद, चेक या ऑनलाइन माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।
  6. 6. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption. रिडेम्पशन के समय सदस्यता कार्ड जमा करना आवश्यक है।
  7. 7. Failure to surrender the card will result in cancellation of membership. कार्ड जमा न करने पर सदस्यता रद्द कर दी जाएगी।
  8. 8. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days. कार्ड प्रविष्टियों या रसीदों में किसी भी प्रकार की विसंगति की रिपोर्ट 7 दिनों के भीतर करें।
  9. 9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date. भुगतान में देरी होने पर रिडेम्पशन की तारीख आगे बढ़ा दी जाएगी।
  10. 10. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early. यदि योजना को समय से पहले बंद कर दिया जाता है तो पुरस्कार और छूट जब्त कर लिए जाएंगे।
  11. 11. The redemption of scheme in jewellery is 30 days after the last successful installment. अंतिम सफल किस्त के 30 दिन बाद आभूषण खरीदे जा सकते हैं।
  12. 12. No cash refund will be entertained. Only jewels (Gold / Silver) can be bought by paying value additions (wastage), making charges, and stone charges if applicable. GST and other applicable government taxes shall be charged at the time of jewellery delivery. किसी भी प्रकार की नकद वापसी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। केवल आभूषण (सोना/चांदी) ही खरीदे जा सकते हैं, जिनके लिए मूल्यवर्धन (अपशिष्ट), निर्माण शुल्क और यदि लागू हो तो पत्थर शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। आभूषण की डिलीवरी पर लागू GST एवं अन्य सरकारी कर देय होंगे।
  13. 13. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes. यह योजना कंपनी की अन्य योजनाओं के साथ संयुक्त नहीं की जा सकती है।
  14. 14. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation. प्रबंधन बिना किसी स्पष्टीकरण के किसी भी आवेदन को स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
